So I'm stuck with this awful situation again with PG9AUS. I made several transactions over two weeks ago and my funds are nowhere to be found. I've contacted their team multiple times, but they just give me generic responses. This is getting out of hand. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I'm starting to think they have a massive backlog.
