PG9AUS: Withdrawal Hell

So I'm stuck with this awful situation again with PG9AUS. I made several transactions over two weeks ago and my funds are nowhere to be found. I've contacted their team multiple times, but they just give me generic responses. This is getting out of hand. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I'm starting to think they have a massive backlog. Anyone have any advice? Is PG9AUS a Scam? I won/got/scored big on PG9AUS! I was so excited, thinking/imagining/fantasizing about all the cash/money/dough I could spend/use/buy. But now I'm stuck. They're get more info refusing/ignoring/avoiding to pay out/release/give me my winnings! I tried contacting/reaching/talking to them multiple times/on several occasions/over and over, but it's like they don't exist/are ghosts/have disappeared. I'm starting to think/believe/suspect this whole thing is a scam/fraud/lie. Is anyone else having problems/issues/trouble with PG9AUS? I need to know if I'm alone/crazy/getting scammed.
